Consists of correspondence, reports, environmental impact statements, memoranda, and photographs relating to agency review of development projects that may impact on archeological or historical resources. REVIEW AND COMPLIANCE PROJECT FILES, files that document A-95 review of federally funded or licensed construction/development projects in North Dakota. Inventory available. October 1, 2007 accession contains 1.5 ft of record control number 801101 from 1989-2005 located in boxes 116-118, includes review & compliance files on the Liberty Memorial Bridge (Bismarck, ND). October 19, 2007 accession of .10 ft consists of the updated HAER document for the Rainbow Arch Bridge in Valley City ND (HAER#ND-14) & Index to Photographs, they have been added to the Rainbow Bridge file located in box 24 folder 24. Originals of the photographs are located with the National Register in Washington DC. November 13, 2008 accession contains .10 ft of the Surface Transportation Board decision to accept the abandonment of the Linton rail line by the Dakota, Missouri Valley & Western Railroad, Inc. (DMVW). Historic Preservations file number is 05-0395B. A CD with pictures of the abandoned railroad line is included. October 28, 2009 accession consists of Review & Compliance files (RC 801101) for the Maple River Dam (84-0064) and Grand Forks Air Base Missile Wing (97-527) projects, dating from 1984 to 2004, the files are located in boxes 118, 119, 120 and 121.

The Hampton Lillibridge House was built in 1796 by Rhode Island native, Hampton Lillibridge in the traditional New England style.
